Your course is taught in small groups by Mahahual's only permanent PADI Course Director, with plenty of time to build confidence, develop excellent buoyancy and learn to use your DPV safely and responsibly. After booking your course, you'll receive access to PADI eLearning so you can complete the theory before arriving in Mahahual.

Completing your eLearning before you arrive means we can spend less time in the classroom and more time in the water exploring Mahahual's spectacular reef.
During Your Course
You'll begin by learning how to safely prepare, carry and operate your DPV before practising essential handling skills in the water.
As your confidence grows, you'll learn how to:
